Update 6mos later: still have same problem. New management, same problems. We finally got them to heat-treat his apartment TWICE and they are STILL coming through the cracks in the ceiling and walls. He cannot afford to move with his fixed income and being that he is disabled, these apartments are actually made and designed to be easier for him to live independently. We have heard that Garfield Towers (up north) are worse conditions than here. I have even emailed the Health Department and gotten NO response at all. What a jo... read more
