I had an appointment to have four tires installed and a wheel alignment done on 11/24/08. I dropped my truck off at 12:30 pm and was asked when I would be picking it up. I told the service tech I would return at 3:45. When I arrived my truck had not been serviced yet. I was told they had a very busy morning and got behind. Why wasn't I told they were behind when I dropped it off? I took my truck elsewhere that same afternoon and had four tires installed within an hour. I won't be going back to Warren Tire.
