Warren Systems has been to my previous home for furnace and generator inspection and maintenance, and more recently installed a mini split in the tack room of my horse barn. Steve and Tim arrived early in the morning and had everything completed seamlessly by the end of the day. I absolutely love the mini split—it keeps my tack room climate-controlled, which is essential for preserving my saddles and other leather items. Highly recommend Warren Systems for their professionalism, efficiency, and quality work
What an awesome company!!! They seemed happy to help us in our time of need in this hot weather when our air conditioning went down!!! We didn’t even buy the unit from them and they were so nice and got us fixed up!!! The local company that we bought it from unfortunately could have cared less to help. But enough on that! Our open loop geothermal kept shutting off, Adam came out and got it fixed quick. Adam was friendly, and thoroughly explained what our problem was. I appreciate that they were able to come out next day after I called.
We called on a Wednesday (in the middle of a heat wave) to request a quote for a new air conditioner. Will was able to come out the same day and provide multiple quotes. They came in at the price point we wanted and they were able to get it installed the next day! The installers Steve and Tim (I think his name was Tim) arrived on right on time and were very polite and kind the entire time. Will was very communicative throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Warren Systems Heating and Cooling.
From sales, thank you Will, to the install we are very pleased. Tom and crew did a great job. They treated our home like it was theirs. I was impressed with the care and attention in guiding a 500lb. unit to the basement and the removal of the old one too, not one scuf. They also did some minor improvements that I was not expecting. While this equipment is expensive, the price we ended up with was much better than others. Overall I felt like I was dealing with a great company that performed what they promised.
