I am very impressed with Warren Systems! We have a geothermal system, and Adam is very thorough and knowledgeable in helping us keeping it running well. Best of all, he takes the time to explain everything in terms a non-HVAC trained customer can understand. Tonya and Angie have also been very helpful in getting us started with our service calls and with joining the Furnace Friends Club which I would recommend. STAY AWAY FROM AT ALL COSTS!!!! We needed a new compressor. Warren systems came out and did that. Two months later our heat stopped working and it was 50 degrees in my house beginning of December. I called Warren Systems to have them come back out and look at what was going on as they just installed a brand new compressor. I could not get ahold of them for over a month. I hired a new company to come and see what was going on as I had no heat for over a month. The new company told me that Warren Systems did a bad installation... read more
Warren systems installed my geothermal unit and it has been running great. I’ve worked with Will throughout the installation process and couldn’t be more satisfied. Would absolutely recommend Warren systems to anyone looking for geothermal or any HVAC needs.
