Great view of the snow mountain if you live on the upstairs apartment facing the street. A minute walk to the park if you have kids, and the Library. Mangement fixes whatever is broken and friendly. Over all, it's a good place for couples starting out life with little kids.
Nice place and service
I know 2 different former tenants who both have told me horror stories of working with these guys, and neither of them got any of their security deposits back even after legal action.
Worst apartment ever. Never returned my security deposit. All they do is raise the rent and never fix anything properly.
