I know 2 different former tenants who both have told me horror stories of working with these guys, and neither of them got any of their security deposits back even after legal action.
Worst apartment ever. Never returned my security deposit. All they do is raise the rent and never fix anything properly.

This company is a total scam. They charge full rent on time but don’t provide any service. They cut water supply anytime, they have sewage problems in all units. We lived a worst life there.At the end when we moved out they never returned our security deposit either. Its been 3 months we are constantly calling them but they don’t even pick up the phone.please don’t rent here. You deserve a better place than this. You can check the picture of their service below.
