They were very patient and attentive throughout the whole thing. They are willing to work with you if you don’t have insurance. They waved my cost for the visit today and are helping me get into a payment plan. Overall it’s a great place with helpful people!
As a new patient at this dental office, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! My deep cleaning went very well, and Dr. Patel and the staff handled the entire process with care and professionalism. The service was exceptional, and everyone I interacted with was so polite, welcoming, and kind. It’s refreshing to visit a dental office where you genuinely feel comfortable and cared for. I’m very happy I chose this office and would definitely recommend them to others!
I immediately fell in love with this Dentist the second I walked up to the front desk. (RITA), The Manager was absolutely amazing. She was very sweet and welcoming. I have dentist anxiety very bad. She took her time to assure me things will be fine. She even log into her patient portal to show me her work she had done, as I would be receiving somewhat similar treatment. Everyone was very sweet and kind. I DEFINITELY recommend this Dentist! Try it out for yourself. You won’t be disappointed. 😊
I’m so happy I found this dentist office, I was experiencing really bad pain in for a about a week due to cracked teeth in my mouth and I kept holding off and today I just could not take the pain anymore so I was driving up Ryan and decided to stop here and I walked in and told the lady (Rita) at the front desk what was going on and she was real nice and understanding told me to fill out a new patient form took my health insurance card and Id card, she gave me a run down of everything that was going to be done today from the... read more
These guys are the best !!!!! I had a tooth extraction it was so easy and Less painful wasn’t painful at all . Ms.rita helped me schedule my appointment so polite so nice and welcoming felt like I was walking into a campus where everyone already knew of me . and Dr.Patel done so well on my tooth extraction no rushing or bad energy at this place at all totally trustworthy and well mannered folks here they done so well on my tooth I had to leave an review before I walked out of the door .
