Dr Li was nice. Caring and trying to help. His office staff is pure garbage. They kept saying they would send out the authorization to my pharmacy so I could get my prescriptions. I would call twice a week to find out if it was done. Three months and they never did it. I’d call to speak to the doctor, they refused to let me. I asked for the office manager and they hung up on me. Extremely rude and they don’t care about their patients.
