I feel like they overcharge people bills as they see fit ... Customer service is great
I am so happy with wrecc!! We figured we would be without power for at least a couple days when a tree fell on our service wire. But with the help of an amazing electrician Mark Hunton who as here as quickly as possible and WRECC getting to us ASAP when he finished we only spent one night without our electricity!! Thank you so much for responding so quickly and making our lives much more comfortable!!
Power goes out even when there is absolutely no bad weather. I'm writing this review on 08-05-2024 while it is completely sunny outside and I am fed up because this has happened NUMEROUS times. And if there is bad weather? Guaranteed 99% chance you WILL lose power. It is absolutely ridiculous. Just because I live outside city limits (barely) shouldn't mean I should receive subpar service. awful experience. the power randomly goes out frequently even in perfect weather. if it storms even slightly be prepared for the power to go out for days at a time
