My rent go up randomly, overnight. In fact it have increased 4 times since September. I'm a 18 year resident in my community, struggling to recover from a auto accident and stroke. Management have taken the opportunity to force me out with fraudulent charges on my account...fraudulent because no notice have been sent to me by mail, email etc. They need to fix the hazardous shacks. Would you pay $900 to live like this? That's my kitchen plumbing water backed up into my bathtub...was unable to shower for days.
Worst apartments man they a joke really can't get in contact with anyone to save your life and as for the safety they have none and they don't care and the rent ain't worth it at all put this as last on your list there's been enough shootings here enough fights to serve a life time they don't care the upper management they just look through windows and started at people don't do nothing about shit this is hell

They do things like on a Monday put a notice on one's door announcing that the water will be turned off for some apartments for repairs, but that they don't know who will be affected, and that the cutoff will be on a Wed and then leave it on, only to cut it off on Thurs without notice.
