I've lived here for almost three years, and it has been one maintenance request after another. I've had water come up through floor boards, which then left the floor chipped in areas. My sink has leaked, and I have even had liquid come out of my bathroom fan. Worst of all is the hole in my ceiling, in which I have received little instruction on how to communicate to Granite to get it fixed. I am very happy that my lease will be up in June, and I'll never have to live here again. For your own mental health, do not live here!

Granite takes the money but doesn’t do the work. Gives absolutely 0 privacy to residents & uses the cheapest materials possible around the building. Gives 30 mins notice before they want to do whatever to your apartment and just punches in the door code and let themselves in. (One time I was in the bathroom, one time I was naked aka freshly outta the shower). I lived in the building for 13 years, 2007 until last year-- it was Warren House and then Wisteria Apartments. The rent was reasonable, furnished and my utilities paid. Last July a note was posted on the office door informing us of Granite's takeover and that they looked forward to working with us; a few days later all of our apartment doors suddenly bore a notice headed NOTICE OF LEASE TERMINATION.
