What a great experience I had today at Warren Henry. Went there in a rush due to family issues and thought I was going to be there all day. I was so wrong and even walked out with a smile. They had my car done within an hour. Gave me some great tips on things I could do to my car. Their prices were on the expensive side, but my service guy and everyone’s attitude were so great! Thanks for everything!

I had my suv serviced yesterday and the customer service was amazing. Thank you.
.. and to know “one day” I’ll get estimated to pay $25k to “fix my engine” shocked me approximately 1month ago. I ended up taking my Infiniti 2014 Q50 to get serviced at Warren Henry on Biscayne, for a Chaisse Light warning... not only was I told by the Service advisor but also the Service Manager- that I had no choice but to pay for it to get it fixed. When I inquired alternative options- I was told there was none... either pay $25k or it’s nothing we can do..... My friend profession is a mechanic for Nissan/Infiniti.. furt... read more
