The worst I have ever experienced. As a factory trained master mechanic, I know. Out of 70+ misdiagnosed ECM failures 3 were bad. I purchased a used truck with a few known issues.I did replace a couple parts and the issues worsened. I had to tow it to YOUR Dealership for actual diagnosis. The Only GM mechanic told me he makes $300 an hour and required 5hrs to start.No diagnostic fee operates this way. A charge for diagnostic is fair and when repairs are made it’s worth it.$1500 exploratory surgery is illegal and immoral
My service advisor Gabriel is the best there is always answers his phone calls back and is always very happy to help out with any issue I may have with my car
It started off shaky w/ the 2025 Audi RS6 Avant I purchased (A vast majority of the issues weren’t really the fault of their making) That said, these guys diligently worked with me to make sure the car was completely right as if I bought it brand new from Audi. Would highly recommend doing business with these guys.
