Unfortunately, our sales person Leo, has dropped the ball. The Dec. 3rd, 2024 purchase noted a warranty issue that we had documented in writing but in early March still outstanding. The service dept and sales dept work in a separate eco system from one another. The facilities are amazing, the range of vehicles is robust but the sales side lacked the professionalism we were hoping for.
Turned vehicle in for warranty purposes on February 3 car still hasn't been fixed keep giving excuses on why car isn't fixed filed lawsuit paper today and filing paperwork for car stolen with North Miami Beach Police
