I purchased a certified used Range Rover here. Unfortunately, the Range Rover was broken all the time. Not only did I have to bring it in frequently but in more than 90% of the repairs they didn't manage to fix the original issue right away. In some cases they kept my car for one week and when I picked it up, some or all of the original issues were not fixed and I had to come back again, sometimes for a second appointment, sometimes even for a third. I wanted to love this dealership, but I cannot say I had an amazing experience. It has taken me a while to write this review. I purchased an Infiniti from this dealership in March 2024. At the time of purchase I was deceived in various ways. First, they told me my bank whom I was already preapproved with, denied my approval. The interest rate offered by my personal bank was 6%, however, Warren Henry coerced me into financing through Infiniti with an interest rate of 8.5%.
