The loaner service is very bad. I had to take in my car for a service (due to a mechanical issue that it was under warranty). They offered a loaner car to use while they fixed the problem, and I was charged for a full tank of gas for using it for 1 day and probably less than 50 miles. When I called to ask, the lady was unhelpful and insisted that “we always state that before” which was not the case with me.
These guys are honest and very easy to deal with. I'm in NY and bought a car from them in Miami. I worked with Mario and he was excellent. Took my call like 20+ times and helped me push the deal through. They sent pictures, videos, etc with no issue. The initial description of the car was 100% accurate. They even helped me coordinate shipping. Great dealership, would HIGHLY recommend. Mario, thank you for your patience on this deal.
Recently purchased a used Dodge Ram 2500 and it was just what we were looking for, solid work truck with some body damage. Annoys me when sales folks think we are uninformed or just plain stupid. Part of the sales pitch was Carfax said retail value was $33,960. The KBB research we did beforehand gave a more realistic accurate value of $22K to $26K since the body had damage. I was so impressed with the experience at warren Henry I walked out with a new Range Rover. Anna Herrera made the entire process welcoming and easy. She immediately had me make a deal with Danny and in 20 minutes. I was out of the dealership. What a great experience.
Buyer beware !! I went to the parts department to get a part for my Jaguar just an accessory mud guards and they were not 20% not 50%. But 100% over from another Jaguar store.. (in other words for the set of four they wanted $400) I got them at the Coral gables Jaguar for $200 for the set of four... what a rip-off. You talk about price gouging! This Warren Henry group is the worst...no wonder they have the reviews they do stay clear from this dealer in every aspect.. every department.. again buyer beware you do have choices.... read more
