We bought a “Top of the line” very expensive complete whole house ECOER heat pump system from them seven years ago and it was the worst mistake of my life! It has broken down three times since it was installed and it is only seven years old. It has a ten year parts warranty but I can’t get anyone to service it. Warren haye no longer has a technician to support the VERY EXPENSIVE product they sold me and they refuse to even attempt to service it. I rent a house where the AC needed looked at and Tony was fantastic. coming to take care of it. made all the difference. they say it wasn't old but needed. desperate cleaning for healthy air flow. I couldn't recommend anyone better. Tony who serviced for Warren Hay company
