The experience was excellent as always. I had an issue called was told to bring my vehicle in and it was fixed.
The service department staff at Warren Ford is exceptional. They had my F150 with a bad computer problem that they had to wait for Ford in Detroit to give directives on. We dropped it off during the week that we were at our local place up there. When it wasn’t completed, they gave us a loaner to return downstate and then delivered the truck when it was finished and took their loaner car back up State. Very thankful for their terrific service
I live about an hour away, and when my vehicle died in the area, Greg and his team were able to take it in right away. They diagnosed and corrected an issue that has been plaguing my vehicle for over a year, an issue my local dealership not only missed, but also glossed over, telling me that the service messages I was receiving on my screen weren't a big deal and that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. We love Warren Ford! We just bought our 5th vehicle from them. Our salesman for our most recent vehicle was Hunter. Hunter is great! Very professional and willing to go the extra mile so you know everything about your vehicle. Always informative, but never "pushy". They have it all, the best form their dealership to their service department!
