I am very satisfied. I was a new patient and, at the reception, Lisa was extremely helpful with checking me in and completing necessary forms. Dr. Ferris took his time, listened to my concerns and explained various treatment options. I feel very comfortable being a patient in this office.
The receptionist, Lynda was very friendly and accommodating. The doctor’s assistant, Odell responded to my questions patiently. I appreciate that Dr. Ferris respects my opinions and advised me accordingly. Thank you!

My wife attempted for about a week and a half to schedule a first appointment with this rheumatology practice after being referred by her podiatrist.
