I’m so thankful that my son was able to see him. Most of the doctors that I have met were trying to quickly solve the problem by prescribing meds with tons of side effects. I’m very much against strong meds if risks are way higher than benefits. This is the only doctor that actually tried to understand what was going on and did not prescribe any heavy meds. He realized that there was some kind of genetic issue, suggested to start taking certain vitamins and asked to wait. And it actually worked!!! He is an old school doctor ... read more
Anyway, I'm going to say I've heard from other doctors here that he was the best neuro-ophthalmologist here. And trust me I understand he's older and I'm not trying discredit his work and how he was trying to figure out what was wrong with me. But, my last visit I think he was being quite cruel to me. I have ptsd from seeing doctors that were rude to me or dismissive in someway because I have other 20 things diagnosed so, I need to see specialists all the time.
