this place is a joke! been a patient of Julie Edwards since I was a teenager. ever since Kathy became office manager I get treated like complete crap by all office staff. always being told to go to emergency room for all my medical issues or to a referral that is never made! only person with dignity is Julie and she should work in a better atmosphere. I'm sick of this practice so I state how I feel and how I may need to go elsewhere so they send me papers to leave the practice and say I'm no longer a patient wow smh.... sham... read more

This is the best place to go to for appointments and when your sick. Dr. Julie is the best their.
The worst place to come to they kick you out after 3 missed appointments life time mind you dose not reset I am a dad with 2 kids so yeah am I going to miss Appointments but I called To rescheduled and they have no recollection in their systems so their systems are broken stay away from this doctor office I think that charter care and family Warren practice suck and not to mention They like to send you any wear they can so they can rack up ur Insurance bill so be careful stay away
