The engineer came out and rushed though the inspection. Because I’m a woman he avoided me like the plague. I was purchasing a $645,000 home. There was a previous failed inspection on the home so I was concerned. Turns out there were numerous missed issues. When I closed Water was pouring down a wall in a bedroom from roof issues. Cracked foundation and floor not documented. These guys are idiots do not use them!!!!!
