Dr.Kaplan was great, very knowledgeable. The staff is always helpful and friendly!
Dr.Kaplan is a great doctor, however, what makes me give this office 1 star is the STAFF. TERRIBLE. I had my appointment today at 4:30pm, and I'm truly shocked by how I was treated by two female staff members. So rude and passive agreesive for no reason. Why does Dr.Kaplan still have these girls working there, is beyond insane to me. I was not treated with respect by this one girl on both visits. I'm still in shock thinking in all honesty. And how are you gonna be on your phone, texting, and especially working while interact... read more
