I've been dealing with two injuries this year. One of the injuries is a small bulge and annular tear at my L5-S1. The tear and bulged disc are small; therefore, all the doctors I've seen have said that no surgery is required. My back seems to flare up most when I'm sitting at work for 8 hours and during my one hour commute to and from work. Dr. Dan has been able to help relieve some of tightness and pain that I deal with it.
