everybody there was so remarkably nice and helpful
I have private insurance that doesn't cover vaccinations. We've gotten flu and Covid vaccines there for A LOT less than at a retail pharmacy! Everyone is so nice.
Went one time in April to get birth control. Absolute worse experience of my life. Building was super confusing and everyone I asked where to go was rude. They let me sit in the room for over an hour on my period, didn’t have gowns only a small paper towel, were extremely rude and I was super uncomfortable the whole time. Total I’ve spent over $800 on this visit. $210 for the visit/birth control, $495 on blood work, and I just got a third bill for $195 for STI tests. The most incompetent and unprofessional translator I have ever encountered in my entire life. Doesn't translate words word for word and laughed at my health problems! During all my visits she was constantly chewing gum and sitting on the phone, which made it unclear what she was saying 🤦Use Google Translate! The clinic is very clean, the medical staff is friendly and attentive
