Never answer the phone. The front office lady is the most rude person I've met. They are so slow it's ridiculous. Average appointment time has been at least an hour even when no one was waiting. Ridiculous. This is what gives government agencies a bad rep. We've been here over 90 minutes today and still have not been seen. An hour and 15 minutes past our scheduled appointment time !
