The new management is very good and helpful. Jeff was awesome to work with he took the time to help me with my lease renewal personally. Daisy was also very helpful as well.

Bedbugs. Loud neighbors. You're lucky if you have working AC or heat. All the appliances are run down, both inside the unit and the grimy laundry facilities on site. Our building wasn't level anymore (maybe tree roots causing foundation issues?) Unresponsive management. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy live here.
