Waited an hour to be seen, wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't for the fact that none else was waiting in the lobby. The nurse had glasses and a headband/bandana on was the rudest nurse I've ever talked too. Did not care about the patient and their symptoms at all. Had the worse customer service ever and just does not know how to talk to a patient. Amazing providers who actually took the time to listen!
They were very prompt with seeing me, and they always make sure to read my chart before coming in, which is very helpful so I don't have to explain all my medical problems when I need help, they are able to piece things together well and understand why I'm having certain issues. Today I was seen by Cynthia, APRN-CNP and she was wonderful, a very kind woman.
