I honestly saw bad reviews on Sarah Poplin but I was referred by Dr. Sheila at Grace Rivers so I thought I'd give Dr. Sarah the benefit of doubt. I got there at 3:15. Appt was at 3:30 pm. I ended up falling asleep in the waiting room. I didn't get my vitals checked til 4:15 pm. I told myself to have patience til 5 pm and still no OB. I left at 5:03 pm. There was no other patients at the office when I left. I came out and told the lady I was leaving. She said ok do you want to reschedule and I said no. No apologizes or nothin... read more
Very rude receptions , everytime they answer the phone they have an attitude like they don’t like their jobs .. wouldn’t recommend very poor customer service! Very dissatisfied !
Dr. H. Is really nice but I am having trouble reaching him and had to go back to my doctor to make sure I was ok. Granted it was during the observed second day of the new year and after. I have left numerous messages and have even talked with the receptionist who is super sweet. Although the nurse either never called me back or is considered a spam number.... My appointment is still a ways away and I'm frustrated flying in the dark not getting anyone to talk back with me so I may share my concerns.
