I recently switched to Charity Johnson for primary care and I am beyond happy with my care with her. My first visit she made me feel seen and heard when I was discussing my concerns and promptly started all the steps to start addressing my concerns and to figure out what’s going on. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a provider!
Had an appointment, showed up and they took upon themselves to change it without telling me. I only have one day off during the week, so I know for a fact it was on a Monday. They said it was scheduled for Tuesday the following week. That's impossible!!
Dr Johnson is extremely thorough and attentive. Very knowledgeable and helpful!
I recent switched providers to Dr. Charity Johnson, and I was very pleased with her service, very thorough and answered any questions and concerns promptly, she interpreted all my results from previous visits and was messaging me with my new result interpretations less than 24hrs after first visit!
I suffer from ptsd, depression, and anxiety, with that said I have NEVER felt so neglected and disrespected than when I tried talking to them about the scheduling of appointments and asking for financial help.. this places only focus is money they don't care about your well-being and they're not there to help
