Dr. Craig and Jessica Peck APRN are the greatest!!! Have been with Dr. Craig for years. He was our doctor even before he went to Colorado. When my wife was having issues I went into the office and asked the receptionist for an appointment. She said they were booked up for several weeks in the future. When I explained the symptoms she talked to Jessica. After conferring with Dr. Craig Jessica came back and altered the schedule and got my wife in. I absolutely love dr Craig! The other staff is not the best. Inappropriate conversations at the front desk, rude service, and you literally can’t get the medical assistant to call you back. I never post reviews ever but this is ridiculous. You work in healthcare. At that you work at a peds office… the women or men who are calling deserve to be treated better… do better.
Made a nurse appointment for my 84 year old grandmother to follow up with her blood pressure. We sat in the waiting room for 45 mins and was never seen. I would not recommend using the clinic unless it was my only option. The clinic in Owasso had outstanding customer service and was seen right away. I will make that drive for my grandmother not to be forgotten about anytime.
We saw Jessica Peck APRN, and she was outstanding! She asked good questions, listened to our concerns, and made good recommendations for next steps to finding answers to an ongoing medical issue. Her bedside manner was caring and professional.
