Extremely non-responsive staff. Very disappointed here.
If I could give zero stars I would. I had my disabled son who is also on the autism spectrum scheduled for a new patient physical here and due to my having a debilitating disability myself and suffer from extreme insomnia, I missed his appointment. I just called to reschedule and was told it's their policy to not reschedule new patient no shows no matter the situation. I tried to explain about my health issues and insomnia as the reason I was unable to call that day but again was told there are no exceptions to this policy. ... read more
Brandi seemed annoyed and frustrated to help answer my questions on the phone.
Horrible experience with Heather Zimmerman. I will not be back. Being lied to by a provider is not ok. She is lacking kindness and empathy. Forcing patients into doing something against their will is unacceptable behavior especially in the medical field
Never had a bad experience here. Been coming here for more than 4 years along with my family. Professional staff and knowledgeable. Ultimately caring as well.
