Went there not for drugs but a doctor's note so I wouldn't get pointed out for having a nasty flu. first time doc gave a note and some shots and said it may last longer then his note and to comeback in 2 days if it's still an issue, came back the 2 days later to get another note and was left the the observation room for an hour and had to go to the front desk to remind them I existed, then when I was seen the 2nd time was treated like a drug seeking addict even though I started the whole interaction just asking for another d... read more
Warren clinic urgent cares has been overpopulated with NP’s. My back was out in two places, and I’m allergic to over the counter pain meds and a NP is not able to prescribe anything for pain. Also, the NP told me to use heat, I asked if she was sure because I’m thinking if it’s inflamed then I need to ice but she said yes, I’m sure. I should have never took her advice because that made it worse.
Extremely non-responsive staff. Very disappointed here.
If I could give zero stars I would. I had my disabled son who is also on the autism spectrum scheduled for a new patient physical here and due to my having a debilitating disability myself and suffer from extreme insomnia, I missed his appointment. I just called to reschedule and was told it's their policy to not reschedule new patient no shows no matter the situation. I tried to explain about my health issues and insomnia as the reason I was unable to call that day but again was told there are no exceptions to this policy. ... read more
