We've done business with Custom Carpets since the 80's. Stopped by the store to pick up samples for hardwood flooring. Took almost 2 weeks for them to come out and nessure after leaving numerous voicemail with no return calls. It's now been almost 2 weeks since they came out to measure and prepare a quote. Calling the store does no good as no one answers, no need to leave a voicemail because it goes to Warren Sr and it never gets relayed. I have been a long time loyal customer of Warren Clark Carpet, 40 years to be exact including family. Now that the company is run by Warren Jr, the customer service and quality has declined. He’s absolutely nothing like his father. I ordered and had my carpet installed about 4 years ago. I asked Warren Jr. the quality of the carpet. He told me it was a good quality.
