Warren Chima has provided an excellent experience—my son is in the middle of his Invisalign treatment, and we have found them to be very professional, willing to answer any questions and very responsive to any billing questions we've had.
Beware of this place – they’re more focused on making money than patient care. I had been going to Warren Ortho for years as a kid and always had a good experience, but since the practice was sold, things have gone downhill. I scheduled an appointment for new retainers over the phone, and no one mentioned that the cost wouldn’t be billable to insurance and would have to be paid out of pocket.
