Beware of this place – they’re more focused on making money than patient care. I had been going to Warren Ortho for years as a kid and always had a good experience, but since the practice was sold, things have gone downhill. I scheduled an appointment for new retainers over the phone, and no one mentioned that the cost wouldn’t be billable to insurance and would have to be paid out of pocket. Absolutely outstanding quality and professionalism, especially from Dr Chima! Both my sons were patients here over the last few years, with both dentists working with them, and both dentists are highly skilled and experienced. Everyone in the practice is lovely: dentists, nurses/assistants, front desk, and you get the sense they all genuinely care about the kids. I absolutely love Dr. Warren. I had braces from ages 7-14 (back when it was popular to have braces on your 4 front teeth). My teeth are beautiful and I still get compliments on my smile at age 31. He truly understands the correct “curve” and extra detail your teeth need to have to look seamless and perfect.
