Really long wait time to pick up orders.
Came in looking for a bucket part but didn’t have the serial number, so it took some digging to figure out the right one. Larry Sanchez in parts stuck with it and helped track it down. I was there a while and he was patient the whole time. Good service and helpful people.
This center has no trained staff for parts sales; they never know what part is needed and lack knowledge. As a customer, I am very disappointed.
It was truly a headache trying to find an injection pump until I came across Warren CAT. Excellent service, especially from Bryan, the manager. I’m very grateful to him for all the support.
