Scott Cauthern is Terrible- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BRANCH- Marissa was helpful but as soon as we were transferred to Scott it went downhill. We went back and forth through email a few days before the rental was needed and typically set up a credit account and issue a PO- we are a fairly big pipeline contractor. The morning the rental was supposed to be on site we were told that we needed to pay the full month rent on a credit card which we would prefer not to do but will do in an emergency.
