I bought brand new backhoe and hammer from Odessa store and it has been nothing but a piece of junk since the first job we’ve had it on , has had multiple leaks , customer service is terrible , parts dept in San Angelo store doesn’t know what there doing and will argue with you and blame you after you already showed them the part you needed and charge you for parts that should be under warranty, your paying for a name that is not what it once was, definitely done buying any more cat equipment
The only Cat dealer (in Odessa) I have ever known to be open seven days a week got my parts got a hose made on a Sunday, which made Monday morning Go smooth.
