I have been coming here for over 7 years. I just recently started coming once a year instead of every 6 months. When I was going through treatment, I experienced the most amazing staff. I have never experienced a rude person until today. I came for my yearly appointment and needed to get bloodwork done. From the minute she opened the door, the front desk woman in the infusion center (curly hair) was soooooooo rude. She acted like I bothered her by coming in. The lady at the front desk is amazing absolutely fantastic, but I'm Abit upset about my appointment, it was at 1:30 and I finally got called in after 2:25 hit, everyone was very nice and friendly though! Especially the lady at the front desk she needs a raise!
Front desk lady very rude and just seems miserable being at work. Not a people person at all and being in the health field myself you have to have some social skills. Otherwise everyone else was nice and personable. This was for bone density screening. I believe her name is Dee
Rebecca at the front desk seems kind of rude to me. I don’t like it at all. She needs more training or to be replaced. But the ladies in the back giving treatments like Susan are really nice. She’s the best and friendly.
Everyone is very helpful and caring.
