This is the second time I've had my annual exam here. The first time, I had no problem. The second time, I was treated terribly by the receptionist, DEE. She was rude, crude, stupid, and made me feel very embarrassed because she couldn't find me in the scheduled system due to a problem with my last name. I felt very humiliated; she was not gentle at any moment. I had a strong desire to return the rudeness, but she is an elderly woman. Patient Access was warm and friendly and the young lady who did my mammogram was very experienced, friendly and made me feel important.
I have been coming here for over 7 years. I just recently started coming once a year instead of every 6 months. When I was going through treatment, I experienced the most amazing staff. I have never experienced a rude person until today. I came for my yearly appointment and needed to get bloodwork done. From the minute she opened the door, the front desk woman in the infusion center (curly hair) was soooooooo rude. She acted like I bothered her by coming in. The lady at the front desk is amazing absolutely fantastic, but I'm Abit upset about my appointment, it was at 1:30 and I finally got called in after 2:25 hit, everyone was very nice and friendly though! Especially the lady at the front desk she needs a raise!
