Very rude, hostile sales person, no help at all. Repeatedly tried to get us to take a warranty we did not want, including trying to sneak it into the signed contract either intentionally or unintentionally. They held the truck for 2 days to "inspect it" to make sure it was road worthy, including a claim they would do an oil change. when we finally got it the battery wouldn't hold a charge and had to be replaced, the trans oil was black, the engine oil looked dirty and it had the WRONG SIZE oil filter on it.
