Dr. Ellsworth and his staff were amazing! They listened and really showed care and concern for my well being. They answered all my questions as the time of service and was there for me when I called with any questions after treatment.
Amazing results, horrible bedside manner from Dr. Ellsworth, if you are not having an obvious issue such as infection or open wound. I voiced my concern about issues I was having from an implant flipping & instead of being heard by him I was attacked in a phone call saying I was being “aggressive” to his staff. After my 4th & final reconstruction I only had one follow up appt for DIEP flap surgery, partially because Covid hit & partially because he didn’t have the staff to see me. I had implants removed and.neq implants. Within seven months, the left breast moved down and is larger than the right one. I went for an appointment, but was told by him that they looked the same and he could see nothing wrong. That's just not true. There's a very visible difference. He ordered a mammogram and ultrasound. The Radiologist put in her report that I should have a MRI of that breast. I have never heard the first thing from his office.
