Most unprofessional repair shop I have ever dealt with. Rude mechanic and even worse owner. Never answers the phone. Drive a hour and 20 minutes to pick up mower to find out it hadn’t even been looked at.Make sure to take pictures of mower before leaving or parts may “disappear “ while being worked on.

Had authorized repair for my new Cub Cadet. All I got was excuse after excuse. Even told me what they thought was wrong and I tried to fix it myself. No luck. Very flippant attitude. I felt like they weren't really interested in picking up my mower and repairing it. Filed a complaint with Cub Cadet. I would warn anyone to avoid this place. I gave it a "one" because there was no "zero" rating!
Took a mower there 2 months ago and got it back today. Unprofessional all the way around. If you need to contact them by phone good luck! I have literally called 50 times in one day with no answer. Upfront I asked for an estimate and said that i would file it on my insurance if the repair was more than $500. I was told $350 but it ended up being over $500 without replacing the seat which i had asked to be replaced. From what I've heard there name doesn't represent there business practices selling peoples equipment that they have made agreements on sounds pretty shady to me I would never recommend them,When your in business your only as good as your word and it looks like these guys don't keep there word so what good is there warranties. Selling peoples equipment that they agreed to make payments on repairs is stealing plain and simple I will never use them or recommend!!!!!!!!
