This has to be the worse company I have ever dealt with, to the insane wait times to the incompetent employee's. I have been dealing with a GAP insurance claim, nothing but hoops and the run around.
We’ve had two extended warranties through this company and over 20 service claims for our refrigerator. This company is a joke. They subcontract out the service claims and each time a new company is assigned to handle the claim in order to circumvent any consistency with technicians. Warrantech won’t provide any physical documentation of services and advise you to use 360Central to view your claims. The notes are minimal and do not document correctly the service issues. In mid-October of 2018, I bought a Warrantech warranty on Amazon for a product I bought from a third party, who offered the Warrantech warranty right on their own page. It is now 01/06/2019 and I have not received it, despite multiple communications, all of which they ignored until the one in which I said I wanted to cancel it. They refused!
