Our realtor took us to a property managed by this company. The house met the criteria of what we wanted. However, tenants were still living in the home and with it being COVID we did not turn on faucets etc. during the showing. To make a long story short, they do not do move in nor move out walk throughs with tenants which means as a property manager that they are only about collecting money and not customer service. Warrant Realty ALWAYS conducts move out walk throughs either immediately after, or just before a tenant vacates a property. A walk through of this property was conducted as well. There were a number of items needing attention that were addressed prior to the new tenants, the complainant, taking possession. The home and carpets were professionally cleaned. Mr. Rich and Comesha were phenomenal. By far, the best experience I have ever had. I was in another country and they accommodated to my schedule and hours, went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of for me. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a home. Warrant realty has your best interest at heart. And after purchasing my home, they still follow up to make sure I am taken care of and meet deadlines for the home. Thank you Warrant Realty!!!
