Simple booking process, welcoming on arrival, limited waiting time and clean payment process.
What a joke this place is, hours wait time just to get a blood test - so rude she just walks off leaves me in the room, takes her phone with her like I'm a criminal, without saying anything. Returns after 10 minutes, no apology or explination . Proceeds with the test and just puts the tray of needles on my lap, like I'm some sort of coffee table.
