I had an insurance job on some repairs. They had my van got way too long. I specifically asked for a smart TV to be installed that I paid $500 for. Replaced it with a terrible TV and a dongle. Cords hanging out all over the place. Lorry is polite and his partner Karen, is a rude Karen. Tried several times to contact them over the issues I had and was met with rudeness from Karen each time.
