Very disappointed in the customer service and communication. Booked in for a warranty quote in Oct 2025, had to make contact in November and still no quote. Made contact again in December and was promised one by before Christmas, didn’t come. Eventually got one in January after making contact again. When this was approved by the manufacturer we called twice to have it booked in and are still waiting for the call back. Took our van to a different local place and got a quote and the repairs done in 2 week.
Great service very friendly would recommend anyone needing parts for there vans and if they don't have what you are looking for they will happily get it in for you
New to caravaning and we have found Laurie, Karen and the entire team very helpful and professional. They all have been very helpful with my questions, fixing some a few problems that we had, and have had no trouble when I have asked for parts that need ordering, and they have been competitive and prompt with these parts.
