Very bad experience. Put my VFR800 in for a routine service and safety check. Handled badly on the way home, and found that the chain had 20cm of movement. I don't have the specialised equipment so spent a few hours using a chisel and hammer to get it corrected. Checked the oil, which needed topping up. Then when I went to re-insert the seat cowel the holding tab snapped. Had an issue with a Honda small engine, called in and they couldn’t have been more helpful in sorting it. Customer service, range of products and advice was excellent.
I ordered a couple of parts for my Honda motorcycle 5 or 6 weeks ago and they got them in within a couple of days. I had intended on picking them up myself, but they took it upon themselves to post them to me at no cost. Great service so very happy to recommend them! :)
You can confidently place an order for Honda motorcycles parts with this company via their website. The part that I required was not available in Australia. They sourced the part overseas and it was delivered to me in three weeks. Needless to say, I was very pleased. Thank you!
