My Husband and I have been looked after by Dr. Manish Agaskar for about 18 years and we could not be happier with the care that he has given us, he is very caring, he listens and attends to our needs. We have also seen Dr. Gauchan lately and we were very happy. We find all of the Doctores and Reception staff at Warragul Family Medicine excellent.
My friend recommended Dr Pillay as I have really struggled with finding a GP who will actively listen, as well as be friendly and welcoming in general. Dr Pillay lived up to everything my friend said. He is so friendly, welcoming, and kind, and actually listens. Did he run behind? Sure. However in my experience, thats a sign of a good doctor. I found the receptionist judgemental and rude, lecturing me about not ordering enough scripts for the xmas period without even knowing my circumstances. My mother has late stage dementia and is on medication that can only be ordered monthly, I had no choice about not having a supply available. If I was running the clinic she would no longer be working there. Very unhappy.
The Doctor's are some of the kindest, most caring people Ive ever met, and they always take the time to listen to all that you have to say. The reception staff and nurse are also incredibly welcoming, considerate and caring.
