If I could give zero stars, I would. Our Simonds home is only 4 years old and we are already facing a long list of problems that should never be happening in such a new property. We have had: A broken front door handle (which they refused to cover) Crooked shower handles and pencil marks left in the shower from construction Crooked, cheap internal doors A toilet that has now failed completely and required a plumber to repair due to appalling workmanship in the pipework behind the wall A dishwasher that needs replacing Genera... read more
