From the minute I dropped off my car the unwillingness to be helpful was evident, and things steadily got worse. Their hours state they close at 5:30pm, but can you pick your car up after work at 5:15? - NO The service department closes at 5:00 and when asked if they could leave my key with Sales, I quote “ They don’t like that” No possible solution but to leave work early inconveniencing myself and my workplace. $550 for a service with no wiper blade replacement and notes stating “bonnet latch lubricated” - zero evidence of... read more
