Wife booked in her Honda for a standard service online weeks ago, got there at 9 am this morning to find they missed her booking. There fault! Was told she will have to wait till 4pm for it to be done. Which she said was not ok as she has a 5 yr old and 1 yr old with her. Service manger said they will see what they can do.. ring at 12 and talk to the receptionist to check the progress to be told oh no that won't be ready till 4 and hasn't even been looked at.
