Very dissatisfied. Made a service appt online and received a confirmation. Called today. They see my request and confirmation, but did not make me an appointment for some reason... I own Honda x 2. This has not been my experience with Honda in the past☹️
Bought a brand new car from Honda and the experience was great. Communication was clear and everything was well-organized. The car was spotless and perfectly prepared for pickup. Justin was friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Really happy with the whole process – highly recommend!
