Recently dropped past without a booking and Cassie in the service department made room in the fully booked workshop for my car to be inspected the same day. Cassie is a credit to the team and customer service you would expect in any business. Thanks to the skilled mechanics for fault finding and rectifying the issue on the vehicle also.

I can't see the point of booking in a car at 8am, being the first in the door for a recall fuel pump replacement on a Honda Civic then have to wait 7 hours for it to be done. I was in the week before and asked if they were going to have the pump ready but obviously not. No communication even though I was in the waiting room and didn't do any action until I asked. Knew the day was off to a poor start when he couldn't find the paper work. Unprofessional and incompetent, but polite. Never again, take your car to another dealer.
