RecommendedMy Grampa spent his last month on the Earth in this home. The staff became family in that short period. Amazing facility, protective and assertive staff. If you are looking for a home to put your loved one in, this is the one in the Bethany area!
All the changes since the new ownership on 2/1/19 have been fantastic!

Extremely disappointed in the way their admitting is handled. Seems like the foot doesn't know what the hand is doing.
Thank you all for taking care of Auntie. She so wanted to be back in her own little apartment, but her dementia and delusions and not taking her meds like she was supposed to made it impossible. From one long term/snf nurse to all of you all, keep up the good work, keep working hard to get that place back on top. Im glad she spent her final days there.... It takes special type of people to work in these places, and to put up with our complaints.... Just so you know, i do know how hard it is....im in your shoes and understand... read more
This review is because my mother died not even 12hrs later in their care. RIP mom but this place needs to be investigated.
