quick service thank you Went there for priority service, got machine back same day, works great, prices were far better than compusa or bestbuy not mentioning service and knowledge.

A little pushy We got a coumputer there, they didnt like what we had in mind , they also didnt give us much for our old pc, althought they did allow payment BUT very rude and not great clean place, plus the computer was a junk, didnt work most of the time and they still wouldnt give us our money back on it or work with us getting it fixed, your better off going to DELL or tiger dircet , Also , thier stuff is way over prices and they charge way to much labor , we will never go back there again , dont wast your time or be fool... read more

I went to them for a simple replacement of a keyboard letter that had fallen off, not only did they charge way too much, but they also screwed up my battery and tryed to convince me that I needed to repair something that was a marginal issue. After I took it back so they could fix the battery they screwed up, I decided to fix the marginal issue before it became a problem, however, if I had known that they would charge well over 100 dollars on something that equates to gluing two parts of the laptop together I would definitel... read more

VERY BAD!!!!! A+ Saw a sign at the old location saying they moved to millbrook and atlantic, i like the new location, much easier to get in and out of it, same people, love the attitude and the work they have done for me. They've always been helpful, A+++

Wish I could rate them Zero An estimate of 2 weeks means more than 5. When we call, we only get an answering machine that nobody cares to call us back. We finally drove down to see why they will not return our calls to find a sign on the door saying they are moving, but it doesn't say where and to call the same number that nobody answers or calls you back from. I'm beginning to think they stole my machine. I guess the BBB is the next place to go.

Warp Computers Systems- do business at ur own risk – I visited ths shop to find parts for an older laptop i was repairing for a friend ( I needed a power cord). While I should hv brought the laptop, i did have the series type. This info. makes it capable to determine the right connector. All I received was abuse and told "to get out of my store".
