My mother in law went in to pick out a countertop etc. we were told that day, we’d have a quote by end of day… no phone call. Then when we dropped off the samples, again we were told “no excuse other than being short staffed, we’ll call by end of day” … it’s been 5 days with no call for the quote. We went somewhere else and had countertops, tile and sink picked out, quoted and confirmed in 1 day.
