Poor communication with home owners when shutting our water off. Broke our main valve handle and our access door panel as well. Unprofessional experience.
Great company - appointment scheduled only a couple days after submitting a claim to my home warranty company. Talked to Megan multiple times for scheduling and making sure she had the right techs for the job. Mark came out and did a thorough assessment and told me the work that would need to be done to replace the bathroom sink line in our very old house. You should be ashamed. When I spoke with the man at the front desk, he flat out lied and told me he had called me “multiple times today” and even “yesterday.” That never happened. Then he tried to make it my fault that they couldn’t schedule my plumbing this week since I missed these phone calls that were never made in the first place. That isn’t just bad service, it’s gaslighting. And here’s the part that really makes me pause.
