DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM WARNER STELLIAN!!! We purchased a whole LG kitchen package back in 2020, and only 3 years later, our fridge completely shut down. Over 5 weeks now, several tech visits and replacement parts, two circuit boards, compressor, and other parts, and it still doesn't work or cool Oh, yes, we purchased the Iron Clad Warranty, so if something major happened, they would have to replace, but oh no, they do not. Stopped in to look at Microwaves at the Snelling Ave location. Receptionist greeted me and pointed to the microwaves, said sales associate would be with me shortly. 10 minutes later, with 4 associates standing 10 steps away from me and talking to each about purchasing an expensive car other no one bothered to come over to help. Poor customer service, not what I have known from this store in the past.

My experience today: So on 2/23 my fridge wasn't cooling below 48 degrees. I called around and found that the Rochester Werner Stellian carried the model I was looking at to fit the limited space I have. Taylor, the sales person I spoke to told me that with the $49.99 installation fee, they would install an 8 ft braided supply line. Great I thought, I just spent $11,000 repairing a water leak in my basement, (finishing up on Valentines Day,) so I do NOT want any possibilities of leaks from my fridge. Worst company ever! They will damage your property and not take responsibility. They will ignore you for months. Treat you like a criminal. They should not be in business. Beware! They are crooks!

I went in to the Apple Valley store to purchase a built in microwave with specific measurements and pictures of space. The salesman told me the GE would fit and didn't mention anything about it not fitting or that it wasn't returnable. We brought it home and it was too small for the space (which he had the specs). I brought it in to be returned and the trim kit was unopened. They took back the microwave but would not return the trim kit that was $180. I would not recommend Warner Stellian. My dryer is 9 months old and the motor went out. When I called the store where I purchased my dryer I was told they do not service my area. They deliver to my area but do not service my area. I am about 30 minutes from the store. Be aware, they do not care about their customers.

The compressor failed on my 3-year old LG french door refrigerator and they diagnosed it one day after I called and it was repaired on the fifth day. In these days of labor shortages and supply chain issues, that is really impressive! I paid for the Iron Clad Warranty and contacted the service department-- they offer the chance to text, chat or call and the wait times were over 20 minutes. I eventually got through. I paid for the Iron Clad Warranty and the problem is trying to speak with someone in the service department-- they offer the chance to text, email or call and none of those ways worked today. My LG refrigerator stopped working Friday. It is now four days later and all our food is rotting slowly in coolers.
