We bought a refrigerator in the last 2 years and the factory warranty was in effect. The problem was with the ice maker quit making ice. I called and they sent a tech out to check it out. He replaced a functioning solenoid with a new one but forgot to tighten the water line into the solenoid. We had water all over the kitchen floor as well as the area in basement where we had boxes and other items that got wet. We sent pictures to them, and they just blew us off. Ordered a laundry drier and responded to their questions to make sure the model number was correct. After waiting over 2 weeks and hanging clothes to dry in our bathroom, called and found out they never completed our order. DO NOT USE this business.

I have purchased 12k worth of appliances for 2 homes in the last 4 yrs and my 2.9 yr old LG junk refrigerator went out last week. I called Tom my salesman in Woodbury and purchased a new Whirlpool. I also had purchased a 10 yr compressor warranty based on Toms recommendation for the LG. He informed me it covered all parts and LABOR. When I called to arrange the repair I was told there was a $99 trip charge. I called Tom he said no you have the labor warranty and let me call service and take care of this for you.
